Aibel is a modern Norwegian service company that is constantly developing. The company has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge over more than a hundred years of its proud history. The company has always focused on development and started early to seek technological challenges in new business areas – a flair and competence that has given the company a leading position in today’s oil and gas market.

Aibel is a so-called EPCI supplier. This means that the company delivers the entire project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation. Aibel’s long-standing experience is drawn on in both Norwegian and international markets.

The company has a total of 6,000 employees who are engaged in work both onshore and offshore. Aibel operates in five countries: Norway, Denmark, UK, Thailand and Singapore. The majority of the company’s turnover derives from Norwegian projects, but in addition Aibel has ambitions of international growth. The company’s international locations provide services to the Norwegian continental shelf, but also develop important customer relationships in their local markets.
